Well, to start out with, my name isn't Beckie... But I am Home-Eckie. My week-day job is as a Speech-Language Pathologist. But it seems like my week-end work tends to be centered around my love of all things home made.
I actually am a Home Economist (back when it was still called Home Ec. and not family studies, food and nutrition, etc.,), so there is some credibility to the Home-eckie in my blog title.
The purpose of my blog is to share my projects with anyone who is interested. There is an over-abundance of information on the internet, so I just hope to share any crafty details with whoever wants to know.
My interests that keep me busy on the week-end vary from cooking and baking to sewing and card-making. I plan on taking pictures and posting the progress and finished projects (regardless of success or failure) so that people may learn from my mistakes (eek)!
I`m very new to blogging so it might take me a while to figure everything out (like how to get a comments section?) so be patient.
